We offer a free initial consultation so that we can understand your own individual circumstances in order to provide you with a far more accurate quotation. Our fees for commercial property work is based on hourly rates and time spent, and vary within a range depending on the facts and complexity of the case and the solicitor dealing with your matter.
As commercial matters are complex and each client’s situation is unique in its nature, we believe clients will have a more transparent and objective estimate of our fees on an hourly basis as specified below. We also offer fixed fee for the commercial conveyancing work and upon the initial discussion we will be able to provide with an indication of our fee and can provide a formal quote once we have seen the work involved in the particular matter
Please note: The level of seniority of the person dealing with the matter affects their hourly rate.
